We understand that sometimes the perfect piece simply can’t be found. That’s why we’re proud to offer a bespoke furniture service to realise your ideas in just the way you imagine them.

In a simple process, our design team can advise and design a piece which fits your specifications exactly before sending the plans to our British artisans who will craft it using the finest of materials and techniques.

The Process

Stage one


Once we receive your initial communication through our customer experience team, our designer(s) will carefully consider your brief, researching and developing the best methods of production to make your idea a reality.


A first presentation based on your brief will be prepared and presented to you within an appropriate timescale. Depending on the nature of the project, the presentation can consist of plans, sketches, renders or presentation trays. This initial look and feel is open to feedback and adjustment.

A second presentation will be held in response to your feedback to hone the design and address any changes in the brief. We will adjust accordingly and follow this with a third and final presentation to produce the agreed upon designs and documentation.

Design Fee

Our design fee for a bespoke piece starts from only £500, including VAT. Any design fees related to the sourcing and design of furniture and furnishings that LuxDeco supply are fully redeemable as a deposit against purchases made at the ordering stage.

Please note that, following the completion of Stage 1, you are under no obligation to purchase the suggested items from LuxDeco and can source the suggested items from elsewhere should you wish to do so. The costing and budget involved will remain transparent throughout the process.

Stage two


To proceed with your commission, we require sign off of designs and written confirmation of your acceptance of our proposal. An initial payment of 50% of the design fee will be due within 14 days of the acceptance l and the remainder due within 30 days of completion of Stage 1.

Delivery & Installation

Quality craftsmanship and diligent project management are supported by high installation standards. You will be informed once the delivery date is determined and, upon completion of the item and payment of the final balance, everything will be collated to be delivered by our logistics team. Our white glove delivery service (complimentary for UK mainland deliveries) will ensure that your piece is properly installed and checked over, with all refuse removed. For all furniture being shipped abroad we can obtain a shipping quotation for approval and make the necessary arrangements.
