As VP of Growth, Melina manages all marketing activities that aim to grow LuxDeco’s customer base. Her position covers the execution of both acquisition and retention strategies with channels like paid search, paid social, affiliates, OLA as well as CRM and partnerships. With over 10 years of marketing experience specialising in performance marketing and analytics, Melina has worked with a variety of high-profile clients at M&C Saatchi Performance, namely Amazon, Microsoft and Audible. She also headed the marketing efforts at Expedia and the wellness startup Urban.
Melina's ambition to introduce LuxDeco to new customers is driven from her belief in the brand’s mission—to help people live beautifully. Her tactical abilities combined with her love of home and interiors (she has a particular penchant for minimalistic and Mid-century designs) make her a passionate member of the team.
