Mike Massimi

As Chief Customer Officer, Mike Massimi is responsible for developing LuxDeco’s customer-centric service model. Having worked in a number of scale-up companies, Mike knows how important creating lasting relationships with customers is and his passions lie in optimising efficiency and delivering operational excellence. A genial trilingual, Mike’s talent is connecting with people from around the world—something that he inspires in the customer care and operations teams he manages. 

Having spent much of his life moving around Europe, Mike’s love of exploring different interior design styles has been indulged. His personal tastes lean Nordic (with a particular passion for Danish lighting) and he enjoys art from all over.
