Measure 20 millilitres of Belvedere vodka, 60 millilitres of Gordon’s gin and 10 millilitres of Lillet Blanc into a cocktail shaker.
Using a pick, chip off a few pieces from an ice block (use bigger chunks so as not to dilute the drink) or use three to four ice cubes. Add ice to the shaker.
Secure the lid of the cocktail shaker and shake well for around 10 seconds until the contents are frosted.
Pour into a chilled martini glass (using a strainer if your shaker doesn’t have one). Spritz a lemon peel into the cocktail, run around the rim, add to the glass and enjoy.
